??趪鸪荁座超高層結(jié)構(gòu)選型及超限分析

[摘要]??趪鸪荁座位于海南省??谑忻捞m區(qū),抗震設(shè)防烈度為8度(0.3g),結(jié)構(gòu)高度149.4m,為高度超限工程,采用了型鋼混凝土框架混凝土核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系。針對工程特點,探討了結(jié)構(gòu)選型,確定了合理的抗震性能目標(biāo),采用了多種程序?qū)Y(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了小震作用反應(yīng)譜分析及動力時程補(bǔ)充分析、中震不屈服設(shè)計,并進(jìn)行了大震Pushover分析。分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)各項指標(biāo)合理,整體設(shè)計滿足設(shè)定的性能目標(biāo)要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]??趪鸪? 超高層結(jié)構(gòu); 混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系; 結(jié)構(gòu)選型; 抗震性能目標(biāo)中圖分類號:TU398+.7 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)18-0041-06
Structural system selection and out-of-code analysis of B block super high-rise building of Glory City in HaikouYao Qiyu, Zhang Chenjun, Liu Lijie, Gao Pengfei(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: B block super high-rise building of Glory City in Haikou is located in Meilan Distinct, Haikou City, Hainan Province, where the seismic precautionary intensity is 8 degree and the design basic acceleration of ground motion is 0.3g. The building which has the structural height of 149.4m adopts composite structure system of steel reinforce concrete frame and concrete core wall. The height of the building exceeds the Chinese code limit. According to the project characteristics, the structure system selection was discussed, the appropriate seismic performance objectives of the structure were set. Different programs were used to carry out response spectrum calculation and dynamic time-history analysis under the frequent earthquake, non-yielding design under the intermediate earthquake and Pushover analysis under the rare earthquake. Results show that structural indicators are reasonable and the overall structural design satisfies the expected requirements of the performance objectives.Keywords: Glory City in Haikou; super high-rise building; composite structure system; structure system selection; seismic performance objective
