[摘要]鄂爾多斯廣場南塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)高166.7m,采用鋼管混凝土柱框架+鋼筋混凝土核心筒+環(huán)帶桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系。在高區(qū)避難層設(shè)置環(huán)帶桁架作為結(jié)構(gòu)加強(qiáng)層,提高了結(jié)構(gòu)整體抗側(cè)剛度。介紹本工程超限內(nèi)容、抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)、結(jié)構(gòu)體系選型及特點。采用SATWE和MIDAS/Building兩種軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了小震彈性對比分析,采用ABAQUS軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了大震彈塑性時程分析,并依據(jù)分析結(jié)果,對結(jié)構(gòu)各重要部位進(jìn)行了加強(qiáng),使結(jié)構(gòu)實現(xiàn)抗震性能目標(biāo)并達(dá)到了多道抗震防線的設(shè)計要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]超高層建筑; 環(huán)帶桁架; 混合結(jié)構(gòu); 抗震性能設(shè)計; 彈塑性分析中圖分類號:TU973.13,TU351 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)18-0035-06
Structural seismic design on the South Tower of Erdos SquareWei Dong, Wei Liqiang, Zhou Wenyuan, Zhang Xu, Wang Zhigang, Li Huafeng(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: The structural height of South Tower of Erdos Square is 166.7m, and structural system of concrete-filled steel tube column frame, reinforced concrete core wall and belt truss is adopted. To enhance the lateral-force-resisting stiffness, belt trusses are used at refuge story in the high zone as the structural strengthening layer. The out-of-code items, seismic fortification goals and structural system selection and features were introduced. Elasticity analyses under frequent earthquake were carried out by two different kinds of finite-element software SATWE and MIDAS/Building. Elastic-plastic time-history analysis under the rare earthquake was carried out by software ABAQUS. According to the analysis results, the critical parts were strengthened to implement the seismic performance objectives and multi-line to defend earthquake.Keywords: super high-rise building; belt truss; mixed structure; performance-based seismic design; elastic-plastic analysis
