石家莊華潤中心大底盤多塔超高層結(jié)構(gòu)體系抗震性能研究

[摘要]石家莊華潤中心為大型城市綜合體項(xiàng)目,總建筑面積為56萬m2,大底盤裙樓上設(shè)置4個超高層塔樓,結(jié)構(gòu)整體未設(shè)置永久縫,為大底盤多塔整體式結(jié)構(gòu)。采用反應(yīng)譜法和彈性時程法兩種方法,分析研究了水平地震作用下不同裙房剛度對塔樓地震剪力的影響情況。分析結(jié)果表明,塔樓弱軸方向地震剪力放大情況較強(qiáng)軸方向更明顯,偏置明顯的塔樓的地震剪力放大情況較偏置小的塔樓更明顯;對于大底盤多塔結(jié)構(gòu),僅按照獨(dú)立塔樓模型計(jì)算時結(jié)果不安全,會嚴(yán)重低估塔樓地震剪力,相關(guān)研究結(jié)果可供類似工程參考。

Study on seismic performance of Shijiazhuang Huarun Center structural system with big chassis podium and multiple towers

Abstract: Shijiazhuang Huarun Center is a large urban complex engineering with total construction area of 560.000m2. There are four super high-rise towers which are asymmetrically arranged on big chassis podium. No permanent joints are set in structure, so the structure is an integral structure with big chassis podium and multiple towers. Through two methods including response spectrum method and elastic time history method, the effects of different podium stiffness on the seismic shear force of tower under horizontal earthquake were analyzed. The result shows that the seismic shear force amplification of the weak axis direction of the tower is more obvious than the strong axis direction of the tower, and seismic shear force amplification of large bias tower is more obvious than the small bias tower. Besides, the seismic shear force of the tower can be severely underestimated when the results only depend on tower model for structure with big chassis podium and multiple towers. The results of the relevant research can be referenced for similar engineering.
