烏魯木齊寶能城1-02#樓超高層鋼結構設計

[摘要]烏魯木齊寶能城最高塔樓結構高度為275.4m,采用框架-支撐內筒的鋼結構體系,并采用防屈曲支撐、連梁阻尼器等消能減震措施。介紹了結構體系的特點,針對結構的超限情況提出了相應的抗震加強措施。采用多種軟件分析結構在不同地震水準作用下的彈性或彈塑性響應。介紹了結構設計中的幾個關鍵問題,包括外框與內筒的地震力分配比例、中震附加阻尼比、大跨度樓蓋的舒適度。分析結果顯示,結構的各項指標均滿足相關規(guī)范要求,能夠實現(xiàn)“大震不倒”的設防目標。[關鍵詞]超高層建筑; 鋼結構; 消能減震; 舒適度分析中圖分類號:TU375,TU318 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)18-0019-06
Super high-rise steel structural design on Baonengcheng 1-02# building in UrumqiYuan Linhua, Wu Lianhong, Zhu Zhongyi, Zhou Zhongfa, Wang Yi, Bu Longgui, Zhang Hechao, Qi Wuhui, Ke Changhua(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: The highest tower of Baonengcheng project in Urumqi, which has structural height of 275.4m, adopts structural system of steel outer-frame and steel corewall with brace with energy dissipation measures of buckling-restrained brace and coupling beam damper. The feature of structural system was introduced, and seismic strengthening measures were proposed for corresponding out-of-code conditions. Several programs were used to analyze the elastic and elastic-plastic responses of the structure under earthquakes of different levels. Some specialized analyses were introduced, including allocation proportion of the earthquake force between outer frame and corewall, additional damping ratio under fortification earthquake and comfort design of the largespan floor. The results show that all performances of the structure can meet the requirements of codes, and the seismic performance target of “not collapse under the rare earthquake” can be fulfilled.Keywords: super high-rise building; steel structure; energy dissipation; comfort analysis
