中國(guó)尊大廈巨型柱分叉節(jié)點(diǎn)性能研究

[摘要]中國(guó)尊大廈采用多腔鋼管混凝土巨型柱,在7層一分為二,形成分叉節(jié)點(diǎn)。該分叉節(jié)點(diǎn)承擔(dān)的荷載巨大,且轉(zhuǎn)換桁架與巨型斜撐均在此交匯,構(gòu)件連接關(guān)系復(fù)雜,振動(dòng)臺(tái)試驗(yàn)亦表明該節(jié)點(diǎn)為結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱部位。通過(guò)有限元分析及1∶12縮尺試驗(yàn)對(duì)該分叉節(jié)點(diǎn)從構(gòu)造與受力性能等方面進(jìn)行專門的研究。該節(jié)點(diǎn)采取了分腔板和面板等主要豎向受力板貫通,設(shè)置了豎向加勁肋和水平隔板,以及在各腔體內(nèi)布置了鋼筋芯柱等構(gòu)造措施。驗(yàn)證了該節(jié)點(diǎn)在中震彈性與大震不屈服抗震性能目標(biāo)下的可靠性。[關(guān)鍵詞]中國(guó)尊大廈; 巨型柱; 分叉節(jié)點(diǎn); 有限元分析; 縮尺試驗(yàn)中圖分類號(hào):TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2015)18-0006-07

The branching nodes are set at 7th floor, which split the mega column into two parts. The branching node of the mega column bear huge loading. The mega braces and transfer trusses intersect at these nodes further complicate the connection relation of structural elements. The shaking table tests demonstrate that such node is the weak part of the structure. A special study for the branching node of the structure and the mechanical properties was done via finite element analysis and 1∶12 scale model tests. Structural details of the branching node were adopted including penetrating the cavity plate, panel and other major vertical plates, setting the vertical stiffening and horizontal baffle, arranging vertical and horizontal steel reinforcements in each concrete cavity. The reliability of the branching node was verified under the seismic performance targets of keeping elastic under the fortification earthquake and not yielding under the rare earthquake.Keywords: China Zun Tower; mega column; branching node; finite element analysis; scale model test
