中國尊大廈內置鋼板支撐混凝土剪力墻設計研究

[摘要]為減輕結構總重量、控制墻身截面厚度、滿足軸壓比和抗震性能要求,中國尊大廈核心筒底部區(qū)域采用內置鋼板混凝土剪力墻,中間區(qū)段采用內置鋼板支撐混凝土剪力墻;在結構塔冠位置(104層及以上)由于剛度突變及鞭梢效應的影響,采用內置鋼板混凝土剪力墻等措施予以加強。由于目前尚無內置鋼板支撐混凝土剪力墻抗震性能的研究,因此對內置鋼板支撐混凝土剪力墻進行了專項試驗研究和動力彈塑性分析。結果表明,內置鋼板支撐混凝土剪力墻施工簡單,混凝土澆筑密實度容易得到保證。其剛度和受剪承載力與內置H型鋼混凝土剪力墻的剛度和受剪承載力基本相同,兩種墻的極限變形能力和耗能能力也基本相當。[關鍵詞]中國尊大廈; 內置鋼板支撐混凝土剪力墻; 試驗研究; 彈塑性分析中圖分類號:TU318 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)18-0001-05
Structural design and study on steel-plate-bracing concrete shear walls of China Zun TowerQi Wuhui1, Yang Weibiao1, Chang Weihua1, Gong Zhenchao1, Tian Shichuan1, Li Huafeng1, Ji Xiaodong2(1 Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China; 2 Department of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China)Abstract: To fulfill the purpose of reducing the total structure weight, controlling the shear wall thickness, satisfying the ratio of axial compression stress to strength and seismic behavior requirements, steel-plate-concrete shear walls are adopted at the bottom part of the core wall for China Zun Tower,and steel-plate-bracing concrete shear walls are used in the mid-part of the core wall. Because of the stiffness mutation and whipping effects, steel-plate concrete shear walls are used to reinforce the pinnacle of the structure tower (104 floor and above). Due to the lack of studies on seismic performance of steel-plate-bracing concrete shear walls, special experimental study and dynamic elasto-plastic analysis on steel-plate-bracing concrete shear walls were performed. Results show that the steel-plate-bracing concrete shear walls are easy to construct, and the compaction degree of the concrete is easy to be guaranteed.
