干煤棚柱面網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)多參數(shù)風(fēng)荷載試驗研究

[摘要]采用柱面網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)形式的大跨度干煤棚具有質(zhì)量輕、阻尼小、剛度小等特點,易遭受風(fēng)荷載作用而破壞。以某電廠實際干煤棚工程為背景,進(jìn)行了多種參數(shù)的風(fēng)洞剛性模型測壓試驗。首先探討了基本工況(長寬比7、矢跨比0.52、端截面開敞、A類風(fēng)場、無干擾)在不同風(fēng)向角下干煤棚結(jié)構(gòu)外表面、內(nèi)表面以及凈風(fēng)壓的荷載分布特性,其次對比研究了在不同風(fēng)向角、風(fēng)場類型、端截面形式、長寬比、矢跨比、干擾類型這6種基本參數(shù)的常用范圍內(nèi)干煤棚表面分塊體型系數(shù)值的分布特性,最后為方便工程應(yīng)用,給出了可供參考的規(guī)范化分塊體型系數(shù)結(jié)果。[關(guān)鍵詞]干煤棚; 柱面網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu); 風(fēng)洞試驗; 風(fēng)壓系數(shù); 分塊體型系數(shù); 多參數(shù)中圖分類號:TU312+.1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)17-0092-07
Multi-parameter experimental research of wind loads on cylindrical reticulated shell structures of dry-coal shedsHuang Peng, Lan Zhikun, Gu Ming(State key Laboratory of Disaster Reduction in Civil Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: The large-span dry-coal sheds using cylindrical reticulated shell structure have the characteristics of light quality, small damping and small stiffness, which are vulnerable to wind loads. The rigid model wind tunnel tests with various parameters were conducted according to a real dry-coal shed project of one power plant. Firstly, the dry-coal shed’s wind load distribution characteristics of outer surface, inter surface and net pressures at the basic condition (aspect ratio of 7, rise-span ratio of 0.52, end section open, wind field category A and non-interference) under different wind angles were discussed. Secondly, the distribution characteristics of block shape coefficients on dry-coal sheds in six kinds of different parameters including different wind angles, categories of wind field, end section form, aspect ratio, rise-span ratio and interference types were compared and analyzed.
