金屬屋面板風(fēng)吸力下變形特性研究*

[摘要]以直立鎖邊金屬屋面板為研究對象,根據(jù)連接情況將其簡化為一對邊簡支、一對邊自由矩形薄板進(jìn)行理論計(jì)算分析;進(jìn)而建立足尺模型,準(zhǔn)確描述直立鎖邊金屬屋面板幾何結(jié)構(gòu)和連接方式,通過進(jìn)行靜力有限元分析,得到了不同風(fēng)吸力下直立鎖邊金屬屋面板撓度和應(yīng)力分布情況,并與理論計(jì)算值和試驗(yàn)值進(jìn)行對比。分析結(jié)果表明,有限元分析結(jié)果與實(shí)際情況更為接近,由于其快速、直觀,可作為大量重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)的替代和補(bǔ)充方案。

Deformation characteristic study of metal roof panel under wind uplift loading

Abstract:The standing seam metals roof panels were simplified to a rectangular thin plate with opposite simply-supported edges and opposite free edges according to the connection and theoretical calculation and analysis were carried out. A full-scale model was set up to accurately describe the geometric structure and connection mode of the standing seam metal roof panel. Through the static finite element analysis, deflection and stress distribution of the standing seam metal roof panel under different wind uplift loadings were obtained and compared with the theoretical calculation values and test values. Analyses results show that finite element analysis results are closer to the results of the actual situation. Due to properties of fast and intuitive, finite element analysis can be a alternative or complementary scheme for a large number of repetitive tests.
