多孔磚砌體房屋抗震性能的理論分析及工程實踐

[摘要]分析了磚混房屋中墻體正應力與墻體受剪承載力的相互關系和相互作用,對減輕建筑物總重量有利于磚混建筑抗震這一論點給出了理論證明,提出了穩(wěn)妥快速推廣設計應用燒結多孔磚砌體房屋的原則和方法,以一個六層DP3型燒結多孔磚住宅工程實例為背景,對燒結多孔磚磚混建筑的發(fā)展方向作了探討。

Abstract: The mutual relation and interaction between wall stress and wall shear bearing capacity in masonry-concrete building were analyzed. The argument was proved that reducing building weight benefits seismic performance of masonry-concrete structure building. The principle and method for rapidly applying fired perforated brick masonry building were provided. A 6-storey DP3-styled fired perforated brick residence was taking as practical engineering to discuss the development outlook of fired perforated brick masonry building.
