［摘要］分析了磚混房屋中墻體正應力與墻體受剪承載力的相互關系和相互作用，對減輕建筑物總重量有利于磚混建筑抗震這一論點給出了理論證明，提出了穩(wěn)妥快速推廣設計應用燒結多孔磚砌體房屋的原則和方法，以一個六層DP3型燒結多孔磚住宅工程實例為背景，對燒結多孔磚磚混建筑的發(fā)展方向作了探討。［關鍵詞］燒結多孔磚; 孔洞率; 延性; 受剪承載力; 抗震構造措施中圖分類號：TU318.1 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2015)17-0073-04
