既有磚砌體現(xiàn)場砂漿強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]各種非燒結(jié)磚的廣泛應(yīng)用對砌體的現(xiàn)場檢測提出了新的要求。本研究通過吸水動(dòng)力學(xué)原理以及60個(gè)不同含水率的普通燒結(jié)磚、蒸壓粉煤灰磚和蒸壓灰砂磚的抽水試驗(yàn),得到不同磚及不同上墻含水率時(shí)磚的吸水性指標(biāo)。采用回彈法和筒壓法對7片磚砌體墻現(xiàn)場砂漿強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究,得到了不同磚砌體中砂漿回彈值及筒壓比與吸水性指標(biāo)的關(guān)系,建立了各種磚砌體現(xiàn)場砂漿強(qiáng)度與磚的吸水性指標(biāo)的統(tǒng)一表達(dá)式,為相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編制提供了理論依據(jù)。

Experimental study on in-situ strength of mortar in existing brick masonry

Abstract: The wide application of all kinds of non-fired brick puts forward new requirements for in-situ test of masonry. The water absorption indices of bricks of different types and with different initial moisture contents were derived based on the pumping test results of 60 common fired bricks, autoclaved fly ash bricks and autoclaved lime-sand bricks with different initial moisture content, according to the principle of absorbing water dynamics. The in-situ strength of mortar of 7 walls of brick masonry was studied with rebound method and cylinder pressure method. The relationships of the rebound value and the cylindrical pressure ratio with water absorption index of mortar of different kinds of brick masonry were obtained. A unified formula for in-situ mortar strength of different kinds of brick masonry and water absorption index of brick was set up, providing a theoretical basis for the relevant standard revision.
