開孔冷彎薄壁卷邊槽鋼柱彈性局部屈曲分析*

［摘要］已有研究成果表明，開孔冷彎薄壁卷邊槽鋼柱在壓力作用下會(huì)發(fā)生一種特殊的局部屈曲——孔洞附近的未加勁條屈曲，而未加勁條彈性屈曲應(yīng)力計(jì)算方法的確定是將直接強(qiáng)度法承載力公式用于開孔冷彎薄壁卷邊槽鋼柱設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)亟待解決的關(guān)鍵問題?；谝酝_孔板件未加勁條屈曲的研究成果，對(duì)開孔冷彎薄壁卷邊槽鋼柱提出了考慮板件相關(guān)作用的未加勁條屈曲應(yīng)力計(jì)算公式，并將此公式的計(jì)算結(jié)果與有限元特征值屈曲分析值進(jìn)行了對(duì)比研究。結(jié)果表明，兩者吻合較好，此公式可以應(yīng)用于開孔冷彎薄壁卷邊槽鋼柱彈性局部屈曲應(yīng)力的計(jì)算。［關(guān)鍵詞］冷彎薄壁型鋼; 局部屈曲; 未加勁條屈曲; 有限元分析; 有限條方法; 孔洞中圖分類號(hào)：TU392.1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2015)17-0059-04

The calculation method of the elastic unstiffened strip buckling stress is the key issues in direct strength method used for bearing capacity design formula for cold-formed thin-walled steel lipped channel column with holes. Based on the research of unstiffened strip buckling of plate with holes, the stress calculation formula for unstiffened strip buckling considering the correlation interaction of plates was proposed for cold-formed thin-walled steel lipped channel column with holes. The values acquired by proposed method were compared with the results by finite element eigenvalue buckling analysis. It is shown that two results are in good agreement and the proposed method can be used for the calculation of elastic local buckling stress of cold-formed thin-walled steel lipped channel column with holes.Keywords: cold-formed thin-walled steel; local buckling; unstiffened strip buckling; finite element analysis; finite strip method; hole
