某熱電廠大跨度干煤棚結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與分析

［摘要］某熱電廠大跨度封閉式干煤棚橫向凈跨度為112m，縱向凈長度為246.619m，矢高為40.95m,結(jié)構(gòu)跨度大且體型特殊，主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用螺栓球節(jié)點雙層網(wǎng)殼，中間直段為三心圓筒殼，兩端由半球殼封閉。設(shè)計時對結(jié)構(gòu)選型、荷載取值、設(shè)計參數(shù)選取等進行了研究，并對結(jié)構(gòu)的特殊體型進行了數(shù)值模擬風(fēng)洞分析、風(fēng)振響應(yīng)分析及整體穩(wěn)定性分析，最后探討了干煤棚結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中其他需要注意的問題。［關(guān)鍵詞］干煤棚; 特殊體型; 風(fēng)洞分析; 風(fēng)振響應(yīng); 自振特性; 整體穩(wěn)定性中圖分類號：TU391 文獻標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2015)17-0049-05
Structural design and analysis on the large-span dry coal shed in a thermo power stationGuo Yun, Chen Hui, Yu Haifeng(Tianjin Cement Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Tianjin 300400, China)Abstract: The main structure of the large-span dry coal shed in a thermo power station is double-layer latticed shell with bolt-sphere joints, which has the large-span of 112m, the length of 246.619m and the rise of 40.95m. The large-span structure has a special structural form with three-centered cylindrical latticed shell in the middle and two semi-circle spherical latticed shells respectively at both ends. The structural system selection, loads values and design parameters were studied in structural design. Numerical simulation of wind tunnel analysis, wind induced vibration response analysis and overall stability analysis were conducted for special shape of the structure.
