某高層建筑樁基礎(chǔ)超常沉降搶險(xiǎn)加固及原因分析

(1 溫州市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院; 2 溫州市建設(shè)局; 3 溫州市建筑學(xué)會(huì); 4 溫州市建筑業(yè)協(xié)會(huì);溫州 325003)[摘要]溫州市某采用樁基礎(chǔ)的高層建筑在使用6年后突然出現(xiàn)超常沉降。介紹了該工程采用卸載和錨桿靜壓鋼管樁相結(jié)合的搶險(xiǎn)加固過程。計(jì)算和調(diào)查分析結(jié)果表明,樁基礎(chǔ)承載力嚴(yán)重不足是造成該工程超常沉降的最主要原因;同時(shí),該工程還存在結(jié)構(gòu)選型不合理、施工質(zhì)量差、使用不當(dāng)?shù)确矫娴膯栴};臺(tái)灣臺(tái)東地震和大旱引起的水位下降也對(duì)該工程樁基礎(chǔ)的承載能力造成一定影響。[關(guān)鍵詞]樁基礎(chǔ);高層建筑;超常沉降;錨桿靜壓鋼管樁;搶險(xiǎn)加固Emergency reinforcement of pile foundation and analysis of extraordinary settlement of a high-rise buildingZhang Qinghua1,Jin Guoping1,Chen Gaolu2,Yang Yihong1,Han Shaohua3,Huang Zhenguo1,Zeng Yaohua4(1 Wenzhou Architectural Design and Research Institute; 2 Wenzhou Construction Bureau; 3 Wenzhou Architectural Institute; 4 Wenzhou Building Society; Wenzhou 325003,China)Abstract:A sudden extraordinary settlement occured after a high-rise building with pile foundation has been used for six years in Wenzhou. The process of emergency reinforcement with unloading and steel pipe pile jacked by anchor bolt was introduced. Calculation and analysis show that the serious shortage of bearing capacity of pile foundation is the main reason for the extraordinary settlement.
