四坡雙向異形弦支網(wǎng)架設(shè)計(jì)與分析*

[摘要]隨著大跨空間結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展,將張拉整體引入網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu),形成了上部為剛性網(wǎng)架、下部為柔性預(yù)應(yīng)力拉索、中間通過撐桿連接的弦支網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,這種結(jié)構(gòu)受力合理,可減小結(jié)構(gòu)撓度與支座水平反力,通過預(yù)應(yīng)力拉索形成自平衡體系。結(jié)合天津市中心城區(qū)軌道交通綜合控制中心鋼屋蓋四坡雙向異形弦支網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu),論述其設(shè)計(jì)方法,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行靜動(dòng)力分析,考慮了支座剛度、索力調(diào)整以及張拉位置等因素的影響,并進(jìn)行整體模型分析。通過結(jié)果分析,得到弦支網(wǎng)架設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)索力調(diào)整、支座剛度等對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力、變形與支座反力、位移的影響以及上部簡(jiǎn)化模型與整體模型的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系,對(duì)同類工程實(shí)踐具有指導(dǎo)意義。[關(guān)鍵詞]弦支網(wǎng)架; 整體分析; 空間結(jié)構(gòu); 預(yù)應(yīng)力; 正放四角錐; 張拉整體中圖分類號(hào):TU356, TV332.5 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2015)17-0044-05
Analysis and design on four-side slope and bidirectional cable supported space grid structureChen Zhihua1, Li Bo1, Yan Xiangyu2(1 School of Civil Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072, China; 2 Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tianjin University, Tianjin 300073, China )Abstract: With the rapid development of large-span space structure, the concept of tensegrity system is introduced into space grid structure to form a cable supported space grid structure with rigid grids in upper part, flexible prestressed cables in lower part and connection of struts between above two parts. The structure has reasonable mechanical properties with self-balance system composed of prestressed cables, which can reduce structure deflection and support horizontal reaction. Combined with the four-side slope and bidirectional cable supported space grid structure steel roof of Tianjin Downtown Traffic Integrated Control Center, the design method was introduced, and the static and dynamic analyses were conducted considering support stiffness, cable force adjustment and tensioning position. The whole model with upper and below structures were built and analyzed. As the result, the influences of support stiffness and cable force adjustment on the structure internal force, deflection and support -reaction, displacement were obtained, and the difference and connection between the upper simplified model and the whole model were obtained, providing reference for similar engineering practice.Keywords: cable supported space grid structure; whole model analysis; space structure; prestress; orthogonal square pyramid; tensegrity
