［摘要］前灘企業(yè)天地結(jié)構(gòu)高度為127.5m，采用純鋼框架-支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系，對(duì)該項(xiàng)目方案選型、計(jì)算參數(shù)選取及整體計(jì)算分析需注意的問題分別進(jìn)行了闡述。采用SATWE和MIDAS/Gen兩種軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行整體計(jì)算分析，分析結(jié)果表明，結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)力特性基本一致，周期比、層間位移角及位移比等均能滿足規(guī)范要求。選用3條地震波對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行彈性時(shí)程分析，分析結(jié)果表明，可按CQC法進(jìn)行彈性分析。結(jié)構(gòu)在罕遇地震下靜力彈塑性分析及風(fēng)振作用下舒適度計(jì)算均滿足相關(guān)規(guī)范要求。［關(guān)鍵詞］超高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu); 支撐; 抗風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì); 抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)中圖分類號(hào)：TU318.2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2015)17-0021-04
Super high-rise structural design of the Foreshore Enterprise Plaza buildingLi Xin, Ge Yanling, Chen Jianlan, Zhang Mengmeng（Shanghai Construction Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200235, China）Abstract: With structural height of 127.5m, the Foreshore Enterprise Plaza building adopts steel frame-braced structural system. It illustrates the structural system selection, calculation coefficients selection and overall calculation analysis by using SATWE and MIDAS/Gen, which were specialized in overall structural analyses. The results prove that structural dynamic behaviors are roughly the same. The period ratio, inter-story drift angle and displacement ratio meet requirements of the codes. Three seismic waves were involved in elastic time-history analysis and results show that CQC method is suitable for elastic analysis. The Pushover analysis under the rare earthquake can meet the requirements of related codes. Wind-induced analysis results indicate that the structural comfort is satisfied as well.Keywords: super high-rise steel structure; brace; wind resistance design; seismic performance design
