某7度區(qū)超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)方案比選

［摘要］本項(xiàng)目包含一棟超限高層辦公樓（塔樓A，210m）及兩棟超限高層公寓（塔樓B，C，199m），房屋高度均超過(guò)B級(jí)高度。依照建筑方案意圖，對(duì)核心筒寬度設(shè)置進(jìn)行了比選，得出了結(jié)構(gòu)適宜高寬比。在此基礎(chǔ)上，從結(jié)構(gòu)受力特性、經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)、施工工藝、防火防腐、建設(shè)周期、構(gòu)造要求、使用空間等方面對(duì)各類(lèi)結(jié)構(gòu)類(lèi)型的優(yōu)劣進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明：項(xiàng)目應(yīng)選用鋼筋混凝土框架（型鋼混凝土柱）-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系，200m左右的超高層塔樓在地震作用及風(fēng)荷載作用比較小、場(chǎng)地條件較好的情況下采用該體系最經(jīng)濟(jì)、剛度也最適宜。［關(guān)鍵詞］超限高層; 鋼筋混凝土框架（型鋼混凝土柱）-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu), 高寬比, 方案比選中圖分類(lèi)號(hào)：TU398.7 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2015)17-0010-04
Structural scheme comparison of an out-of-code high-rise building in 7-degree seismic regionWang Ming, Wei Jianghua, He Chong, Zhang Xun, Yuan Tianyi(Chengdu JZFZ Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Chengdu 610031, China)Abstract: The project contains an out-of-code high-rise office building (tower A, 210m) and two out-of-code high-rise apartments (tower B and C, 199m). The heights of the buildings surpass the height of B-level height requirement of the code. According to the architecture scheme purposes, the sets of the corewall width were compared to obtain the suitable depth-width ratio for the structure. On this basis, the advantages and disadvantages of various structural systems were compared in aspects of the mechanical characteristics, cost, construction technology, fire protection and anticorrosion design, construction period, structural details and usable space. Results show that reinforced concrete frame with steel reinforced concrete column-corewall structural system should be adopted.
