我國高層及超高層建筑的剪重比

［摘要］對(duì)我國《建筑抗震設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》（GB 50011—2010）及《高層建筑混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》（JGJ 3—2010）關(guān)于剪重比限值的規(guī)定進(jìn)行了討論，說明了剪重比限值的重要性，指出了現(xiàn)行規(guī)范剪重比限值規(guī)定的不足之處。搜集了我國196棟已建或在建的高層及超高層建筑的設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，給出了剪重比擬合公式，并以這些研究結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ)，分析了場(chǎng)地類別、基本自振周期等因素對(duì)高層及超高層建筑剪重比的影響。［關(guān)鍵詞］高層建筑; 超高層建筑; 剪重比; 基本自振周期; 場(chǎng)地類別; 設(shè)計(jì)地震分組中圖分類號(hào)：TU973 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2015)17-0001-04
Shear－gravity ratio of high－rise and super high－rise buildings in ChinaShen Pusheng, Zhang Chao, Deng Peng, Ye Jinyao(College of Civil Engineering, Hunan University, Changsha 410082, China)Abstract: The requirements of shear-gravity ratio in Code for seismic design of buildings (GB 50011—2010) and Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building (JGJ 3—2010) were discussed. The importance of the requirement of shear－gravity ratio was illustrated. The deficiencies about the requirement of shear－gravity ratio in current specifications were summarized. The data of 196 constructed or under－constructed high－rise and super high-rise buildings were collected. The fitting formula for shear－gravity ratio was presented.
