古建筑平移托換結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能分析

[摘要]托換結(jié)構(gòu)是建筑物平移過(guò)程中的重要結(jié)構(gòu),關(guān)系到平移過(guò)程中上部結(jié)構(gòu)的安全。采用ANSYS軟件建立平移工程中托換結(jié)構(gòu)的有限元模型,計(jì)算分析了托換結(jié)構(gòu)中各構(gòu)件的變形和應(yīng)力。結(jié)果表明,托換結(jié)構(gòu)中預(yù)應(yīng)力托換梁和非預(yù)應(yīng)力托換梁的最大撓度均滿(mǎn)足相關(guān)規(guī)范要求,托換梁混凝土不會(huì)出現(xiàn)開(kāi)裂或壓碎。托換結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性分析結(jié)果表明,托換結(jié)構(gòu)具有足夠的安全儲(chǔ)備。建立不同托換梁梁高的托換結(jié)構(gòu)模型,計(jì)算分析得到托換結(jié)構(gòu)的允許荷載,為結(jié)構(gòu)托換梁梁高設(shè)計(jì)提出了建議。

Mechanical analysis on the underpinning structure in the movement of ancient building

Abstract: The underpinning structure is an important structure during the building movement, because it is related to the safety of the upper building. The finite element model of the underpinning structure in the building movement was built by ANSYS software, and the deformation and stress of the components in the underpinning structure were calculated and analyzed. Results show that the maximum deflection of the prestressing and non-prestressing underpinning beams satisfies the requirements of related codes, and no cracking or crushing occurrs on the concrete of the underpinning beams. The safety analysis result of the underpinning structure shows that it has enough safety margin. The models of the underpinning structure with different beam heights were built and calculated. The allowable load of the underpinning structure with different beam heights was obtained by analysis. Suggestions for design of the underpinning beam height were proposed.
