［摘要］針對(duì)某地下混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)鋼筋發(fā)生嚴(yán)重銹蝕的現(xiàn)象，基于鋼筋銹蝕的機(jī)理及其基本條件，從混凝土碳化、氯離子含量、設(shè)計(jì)與施工及建筑工作環(huán)境等不同方面進(jìn)行理論研究和檢測(cè)分析，最終找出鋼筋銹蝕的主要原因和影響因素，驗(yàn)證了“碳化深度”計(jì)算式的適用性，并根據(jù)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì) “部分碳化區(qū)長(zhǎng)度”的數(shù)學(xué)模型在高濕環(huán)境下的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了修正。最后提出去除鹽霧侵蝕混凝土面層、涂刷阻銹劑、恢復(fù)混凝土保護(hù)層厚度的辦法滿足鋼筋強(qiáng)堿性環(huán)境的耐久性要求，利用粘貼碳纖維補(bǔ)強(qiáng)的辦法進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)承載力修復(fù)，以期為沿海地區(qū)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性設(shè)計(jì)與施工提供參考。

Research on reinforced bar rust and repairing and strengthening measures to RC frame near the sea

Abstract:According to the theoretical and detective analysis, the influence factors, such as concrete carbonation, the chloride ion content, the design and construction measures, which can cause the rust of the bar, were analyzed respectively. The main reasons were found out, and the calculation formula for the carbonation length was also proved. Based on the data obtained in work site, the formula for the half carbonation length was modified when it is used in high humidity environment.The rusted concrete protect layer was eliminated; the anti-rust reagent was brushed when the rust bar was cleared by the special machine which can match the need of the durability.The carbonic fiber reinforcement polymer were stuck on the new concrete protect layer which can provided the bearing capacity.The measures can be good reference for the same project.
