矩形鋼管混凝土組合柱框架-支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系住宅設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]滄州福康家園6#樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度為53.2m,采用矩形鋼管混凝土組合柱框架-支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系。為保證結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)分析的準(zhǔn)確性,分別選用MIDAS/Gen,YJK,ETABS三種軟件進(jìn)行計(jì)算,對(duì)風(fēng)荷載和多遇地震作用下的主要分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,三種軟件的計(jì)算結(jié)果基本一致,結(jié)構(gòu)的周期比、層間位移角、樓層剪力與側(cè)向剛度等均滿足規(guī)范要求。選用三條地震波對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行彈性動(dòng)力時(shí)程分析補(bǔ)充計(jì)算得出的基底剪力包絡(luò)值小于采用振型分解反應(yīng)譜法的計(jì)算結(jié)果,設(shè)計(jì)取二者包絡(luò)值。對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中遇到的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題和重要節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了探討。

Abstract: The Tower 6 of Fukang Jiayuan in Cangzhou is a 53.2m high structure with the structural system of concrete-filled rectangular steel tubular composite columns frame-bracing. To guarantee the accuracy of structural design, programs such as MIDAS/Gen, YJK and ETABS were used to analyze the structure performance under wind load and frequent earthquake.The results of three programs all consistently show that the period ratio, inter-story drift ratio, story shear force and lateral stiffness can meet the requirement of codes.The envelope value of base shear force determined by analysis of elastic time-history action by three seismic waves is smaller than the results of response spectrum analysis.The key problems and important joint designs in structural design were introduced.
