(1 廣西大學(xué),南寧 530004; 2 廣西華藍(lán)設(shè)計(jì)(集團(tuán))有限公司,南寧 530011)[摘要]某工業(yè)廠(chǎng)房結(jié)構(gòu)自振頻率與某階設(shè)備激振模態(tài)頻率較接近,導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生共振現(xiàn)象,影響廠(chǎng)房正常運(yùn)行,危害結(jié)構(gòu)安全。通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)檢測(cè)和計(jì)算機(jī)仿真分析,掌握結(jié)構(gòu)的振動(dòng)特性。對(duì)模態(tài)頻率的振動(dòng)耦合現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行分析并提出優(yōu)化加固方法,取得明顯效果。[關(guān)鍵詞]振動(dòng)耦合;動(dòng)態(tài)測(cè)試;仿真分析;結(jié)構(gòu)加固Analysis on vibration coupling effect and structural strengthening of a mill buildingLi Pining1,2, Peng Wenli1(1 Guangxi University, Nanning 530004, China; 2 Guangxi Hualan Architectural Design & Consulting Group, Nanning 530011, China)Abstract:Resonance is caused in a mill building because the mode frequency of the structure is similar to the excitation frequency, which has influence on normal operation of facilities and will cause the building in danger. The dynamical testing for the building and computational simulation analysis are carried out, and the structural vibration characteristics are obtained. Based on displacement control, vibration coupling effect of model frequency is analyzed.
