新型無砂漿再生混凝土砌塊受力性能試驗(yàn)研究

[摘要]研究無砂漿再生混凝凝土砌塊的基本力學(xué)性能,將再生骨料百分百替代天然骨料,為建筑垃圾再利用提供了借鑒。通過對采用連續(xù)級配的3類15組不同類型不同配合比的45塊再生混凝土標(biāo)準(zhǔn)立方體塊進(jìn)行抗壓試驗(yàn),得到合理的水灰比。進(jìn)而制作3類3組18塊新型無砂漿再生混凝土砌塊并對其進(jìn)行抗壓強(qiáng)度和抗折強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)。通過抗壓和抗折強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn),得到了新型無砂漿再生混凝土砌塊的抗壓、抗折強(qiáng)度和破壞機(jī)理,進(jìn)而得到了一系列關(guān)于該類砌塊抗壓、抗折強(qiáng)度取值的結(jié)論。探討了再生混凝土制作新型無砂漿混凝土砌塊的可行性。[關(guān)鍵詞]無砂漿砌塊; 再生混凝土; 抗壓強(qiáng)度; 抗折強(qiáng)度中圖分類號:TU362,TU528 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2016)12-0045-04
Experimental study on mechanical behavior of new type recycled aggregate concrete mortarless blocksZhu Mingqiao, Rao Yiming, Huang Hailin, Luo Zhe(College of Civil Engineering, Hunan University of Science and Technology, Xiangtan 411100, China)Abstract: The basic mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete mortarless blocks were studied. In this block, recycled aggregate replaces natural aggregate totally, which provides references for construction waste recycling. Compression tests were conducted on 45 pieces of recycled concrete standard cube blocks with 15 groups of 3 different kinds and mix proportions using continuous grading in division, and appropriate water-cement ration was gained. Further, compression tests and bending tests on 18 pieces of new type recycled aggregate concrete mortarless blocks with 3 groups of 3 kinds were preceded. Through compression and bending tests, the compression and bending strength and failure mechanism of new type recycled aggregate concrete mortarless blocks were obtained. Besides, a series of conclusions related to the compression and bending strength of this type of blocks were gained. The feasibility of making new type concrete mortarless blocks by recycled aggregate concrete was discussed.Keywords:mortarless block; recycled aggregate concrete; compression strength; bending strength
