長沙世茂塔樓基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計研究

[摘要]主要介紹了長沙世茂塔樓基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),包括采用帶擴大頭的人工挖孔樁,應(yīng)用橢圓形樁來優(yōu)化樁的布置,采用有限元軟件ETABS分析基礎(chǔ)筏板的內(nèi)力以及布樁荷載的取值等。結(jié)果表明,合理的樁布置可以優(yōu)化基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計;布樁時豎向荷載取值應(yīng)考慮水平力產(chǎn)生的不利作用。另外,對人工挖孔樁的施工注意事項進行了闡述。[關(guān)鍵詞]人工挖孔樁; 橢圓形樁; 樁筏基礎(chǔ)中圖分類號:TU473.1 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2016)12-0028-05
Research on foundation design of Changsha Shimao towerLiu Can1, Lu Daoyuan1, Lu Haichen1, Huang Liang1, Li Min1, Bu Dan2(1 East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China; 2 Hunan Architectural Design & Research Institute, Changsha 410011, China)Abstract: The main technical issues on the foundation design of Changsha Shimao tower were introduced, such as adopting manually excavated pile with expanding head, applying oval-shaped piles to optimize pile layout, adopting FEA software ETABS to analyze the internal forces of raft foundation, as well as determination of values of pile loadings. The results show that reasonable arrangement of the pile can optimize the foundation design. It is also indicated that the negative effect of horizontal force should be taken into consideration in vertical loading value determination in pile layout. In addition, construction items of manual excavated pile were also presented.Keywords: manually excavated pile; oval-shaped pile; piled raft foundation
