[摘要]臨沂市民中心項(xiàng)目采用框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板局部不連續(xù)、凹凸不規(guī)則、側(cè)向剛度不規(guī)則,屬于復(fù)雜超限高層建筑。結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)安評報(bào)告和規(guī)范的對比結(jié)果即小震取較不利情況,中、大震取抗規(guī)參數(shù)乘以小震下安評與規(guī)范加速度比值,同時(shí)對主體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行小震彈性、中震不屈服、大震彈塑性分析。結(jié)合樓板應(yīng)力分析結(jié)果,針對性地采取樓板加強(qiáng)措施,重點(diǎn)闡述了邊跨或中部單跨框架、收進(jìn)部位周邊豎向構(gòu)件的相應(yīng)處理措施。[關(guān)鍵詞]超限高層建筑; 抗震性能目標(biāo); 時(shí)程分析; 樓板應(yīng)力分析中圖分類號:TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2016)12-0022-06
Design of an out-of-code high-rise structure of Linyi Citizen CenterHan Bing(Shanghai Tongda Planning & Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: Linyi Citizen Center project adopts the frame shear wall structure, and there are torsion irregularity, floor partial discontinuity, concave and convex irregularity and lateral stiffness irregularity. The structure belongs to the complicated out-of-code high-rise building. The seismic design of the structure is based on the comparison of the safety evaluation report and the standard, small earthquake to take a more unfavorable situation, medium and large earthquake to take a multiply by the safety evaluation report and the standard acceleration ratio under small earthquakes. The elastic analysis of main body structure under the frequent earthquake, non-yielding analysis under the fortification earthquake and the elastic-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake were performed. Combined with the slab stress analysis results, the floor strengthening measures were taken correspondingly. Corresponding measures on single span frames in side span and middle span were emphasized as well as the surrounding vertical components around setback parts.Keywords: out-of-code high-rise building; performance-based seismic design goal; time-history analysis; slab stress analysis
