轉(zhuǎn)換層設(shè)置高度對(duì)超高層框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)性能的影響*

［摘要］研究了轉(zhuǎn)換層設(shè)置高度對(duì)超高層框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)性能的影響情況。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明，轉(zhuǎn)換層設(shè)置高度對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的自振周期、剛重比等整體性能指標(biāo)影響較小。但是，隨著轉(zhuǎn)換層位置的上升，轉(zhuǎn)換層處的地震作用發(fā)生了突變，樓層的地震剪力出現(xiàn)了不同程度的增大。并且，不同高位轉(zhuǎn)換時(shí)，框架柱剪力百分比在轉(zhuǎn)換層附近出現(xiàn)突變。這些高位轉(zhuǎn)換帶來的不利影響，需引起工程設(shè)計(jì)人員的警惕。［關(guān)鍵詞］轉(zhuǎn)換層; 超高層框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu); 力學(xué)性能中圖分類號(hào)：TU355 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2016)12-0018-04
Impacts of located height of transfer floor on mechanical performance of super high-rise frame-corewall structureMa Qiang, Han Jianqiang, Luo Qin(Guangzhou Design Institute, Guangzhou 510620, China)Abstract: The impacts of located height of transfer floor on the mechanical performance of super high-rise frame-corewall structure were studied. Calculation results show that located height of transfer floor has little effect on the overall indices as structural vibration period and stiffness to weight ratio. However, with the rise of transfer floor location, the seismic action at transfer floor changes sharply and the seismic shear force of floor increases at different degrees. In addition, there is always frame column shear force mutation near transfer floor for high-level transfer at different elevations. These high-level transfers bring adverse effects, which is worthy of vigilance of engineering designers.Keywords:transfer floor; super high-rise frame-corewall structure; mechanical performance
