高烈度地區(qū)高層隔震剪力墻結構抗震性能地震模擬振動臺試驗*

[摘要]以目前國內最高隔震住宅樓即玉溪公租房項目B戶型中一幢總高度為89.9m、高寬比為3.91的高層剪力墻鉛芯橡膠墊隔震結構為研究對象,根據(jù)相似理論,設計制作了1∶12的縮尺模型進行地震模擬振動臺試驗。試驗結果表明:在8度小震、中震、大震作用下,結構整體以平動為主,側向水平位移集中在隔震層,隔震支座不會出現(xiàn)拉應力,上部結構仍然處于彈性狀態(tài),結構不會發(fā)生傾覆,相關指標均滿足現(xiàn)行設計規(guī)范的要求,實際抗震性能高于“三水準性能要求”。研究結果為在以8度為代表的高烈度區(qū)建造高寬比較大的高層隔震剪力墻結構的可行性提供了有力的支撐。[關鍵詞]高層剪力墻結構; 隔震; 高烈度區(qū); 相似理論; 振動臺試驗中圖分類號:TU366.2 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2016)11-0072-05

The structure has the height of 89.9m and the height-width ratio of 3.91. A 1∶12 scaled model of the structure was investigated by shaking table test based on the similitude laws. The results show that under the actions of frequent earthquake, fortification earthquake and rare earthquake of 8-level degree of seismic intensity, the structure as a whole features mainly translational displacement. Lateral horizontal displacement is focused on the isolation layer and the isolation bearings do not appear tensile stress. In addition, the upper structure is still in elastic state and the structure will not overturn. Related indicators meet the requirements of the current design specification and actual seismic performance is higher than "three-level performance requirements". The results provide supports for the feasibility of construction of the high-rise isolated shear wall structure with large height-width ratio in high seismic intensity region of 8-level degree.Keywords: high-rise shear-wall structure; seismic isolation; high seismic intensity region; similitude law; shaking table test
