層數(shù)對玄武巖纖維布與木材有效粘結(jié)長度影響的試驗研究

(1 華僑大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,泉州 362021; 2 中冶建筑研究總院有限公司,北京 100088;3 北京中外建建筑設(shè)計有限公司,廈門 360012)[摘要]進(jìn)行了33個木材與玄武巖纖維布(BFRP)粘結(jié)試件的單剪試驗,主要考察粘貼層數(shù)對BFRP與木材粘結(jié)性能的影響,測量了不同粘貼層數(shù)下BFRP與木材界面的應(yīng)變分布規(guī)律。比較了在不同粘貼層數(shù)下BFRP與木材之間的極限荷載和粘結(jié)應(yīng)力分布情況,結(jié)果表明,隨著BFRP粘貼層數(shù)的增加,有效粘結(jié)長度呈增加趨勢,在木材含水率為10%條件下,1,2,3層玄武巖纖維布與木材(福杉)的有效粘結(jié)長度分別在100,120,150mm左右;粘貼層數(shù)對木材與玄武巖纖維布的極限粘結(jié)荷載也有一定影響,隨BFRP粘貼層數(shù)的增加,極限粘結(jié)荷載逐漸增加。[關(guān)鍵詞]玄武巖纖維布;木材;粘貼層數(shù);極限荷載;粘結(jié)應(yīng)力;有效粘結(jié)長度Experimental study on the effective bond length between BFRP sheets and wood under different BFRP bond layersHu Ling1, Yang Yongxin1,2, Wang Jiangen1, Zhuang Rongzhong1,3, Chen Xujun1, Xing Jianying1(1 College of Civil Engineering, Huaqiao University, Quanzhou 362021, China;2 Central Research Institute of Building and Construction of MCC Group, Beijing 100088, China;3 Beijing CCI Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Xiamen 360012, China)Abstract:Single shear tests for thirty-three specimens on bond properties between Basalt Fiber Reinforced Polymer(BFRP) sheets and wood were carried out with emphasis on the effect of BFRP bond layers. The interfacial strain distribution between BFRP sheets and wood was measured. By comparing the ultimate load and the distribution of bond stress between BFRP sheets and wood under different BFRP bond layers, it is concluded that the effective bond length for wood and one, two, three BFRP bond layers is 100, 120, 150mm or so.
