［摘要］昆明天湖景秀棚戶區(qū)改造項(xiàng)目的百米高剪力墻住宅采用基礎(chǔ)隔震技術(shù)。介紹了此隔震結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的性能目標(biāo)、隔震支座布置、隔震計(jì)算分析，歸納了隔震層偏心率、樓層最小剪力系數(shù)、支座應(yīng)力與變形、抗風(fēng)驗(yàn)算、構(gòu)造要求等特殊控制指標(biāo)，重點(diǎn)論述了高層剪力墻隔震設(shè)計(jì)中的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題，如減震效果與經(jīng)濟(jì)性、抗傾覆驗(yàn)算、三向時(shí)程分析、下部結(jié)構(gòu)等效模型、支座更換設(shè)計(jì)等。［關(guān)鍵詞］天湖景秀棚改項(xiàng)目; 高層住宅; 剪力墻; 基礎(chǔ)隔震; 隔震設(shè)計(jì); 性能設(shè)計(jì); 棚戶區(qū)改造中圖分類號(hào)：TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2016)11-0033-06
Seismic isolation structural design for a 100-meter-high residential building of Tianhu Jingxiu Shantytown Renovation project in KunmingLuo Qiangjun, Tan Yan, Guo Mingxing, Pan Kaiyun, Shang Qianjian, Gao Guojia(Yunnan Yicheng Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Kunming 650118, China)Abstract: The base isolation technology is applied to a 100-meter-high shear wall residential building of Tianhu Jingxiu Shantytown Renovation project. The seismic performance objectives of isolation structural design, isolation bearing arrangement and isolation calculation and analysis were introduced. Special control indices were summarized including isolation layer eccentric rate, minimum floor shear coefficient, bearing stress and deformation, wind resistance calculation, structural requirements etc. It focused on the key problems in seismic isolation design of high-rise shear wall, such as the damping effect and the economy, anti-overturning checking, three-dimensional time-history analysis, equivalent model of substructure and bearing replacement design etc.Keywords: Tianhu Jingxiu Shantytown Renovation project; high-rise residential building; shear wall; base isolation; isolation design; performance-based design; shantytown renovation
