“密柱”型框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系的應(yīng)用

[摘要]為考察外圍框架柱間距大于4m、小于8m的框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)的性能,對結(jié)構(gòu)高度300m、抗震設(shè)防烈度7度(0.10g)、框架柱間距4~8m的框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)的算例進行研究。分析表明,柱間距4~6m的框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)的周邊框架雖未構(gòu)成剛度可觀的框筒,但抗側(cè)剛度不容忽視,若設(shè)計得當,這類高度的框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)完全不必設(shè)置加強層。借助一工程實例介紹了這類結(jié)構(gòu)體系的實際應(yīng)用情況,南京青奧中心雙塔樓中的塔2樓建筑高度314.50m,采用外圍框架柱間距6m的“密柱”型框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,設(shè)計中取消了加強層的設(shè)置,從而避免結(jié)構(gòu)剛度的豎向突變,提高了結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能,降低了施工復(fù)雜度,較大地節(jié)省工期,滿足了業(yè)主對工程進度的要求。

Application of dense columns frame-corewall structural system

Abstract: The structural behaviors of the frame-corewall structures with the outer column spacing between 4m and 8m were studied. A series of high-rise building models of frame-core structural system with structural height of 300m and column spacing of 4~8m were studied under the 7 degree seismic intensity region (0.10g). It indicates that the lateral stiffness of the frame-corewall system with the column spacing between 4m and 6m is not negligible, though the external frame does not form a considerable frame-tube. The practical application conditions of this kind of structural system were introduced through an engineering project. The Tower 2 in twin towers of Nanjing Youth Olympic Center project has architectural height of 314.50m and adopts the dense columns frame-corewall structural system with external column spacing of 6m. The strengthening layer is not applied in the project to avoid abrupt change in stiffness, improve seismic performance of the structure, lower construction complexity, shorten the construction time and meet the client's requirement on construction progress.
