［摘要］歸納總結(jié)裝配整體式框架-現(xiàn)澆剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)常用的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟指標。以一棟裝配整體式框架-現(xiàn)澆剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)住宅為例，分析不同預(yù)制方案時的結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)制率、混凝土量、含鋼量等，進而對不同預(yù)制方案下的材料用量進行比較分析，找出影響材料成本增加的主要因素，并得出材料成本與預(yù)制率之間的關(guān)系。另外，通過對不同預(yù)制方案下結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)制率的分析，給出不同預(yù)制率時的推薦預(yù)制方案，可為同類型結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計做參考。［關(guān)鍵詞］裝配整體式框架-現(xiàn)澆剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu); 技術(shù)經(jīng)濟指標; 預(yù)制率; 含鋼量; 材料成本中圖分類號：TV334 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2016)10-0107-05

For one real monolithic precast concrete frame-cast-in-situ shear wall structure residential, comparative analyses of technical and economic indices with different precast schemes including precast rate, concrete quantity, steel content, etc. were carried out, so as to find out the main factors that affect the cost of the materials and the relevance between cost of the materials and precast rate.
