多層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)模塊與鋼框架復(fù)合建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與分析*

[摘要]簡述擬建的一棟多層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)模塊建筑的工程概況,根據(jù)模塊尺寸的限值以及建筑要求等對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)體系進(jìn)行了選型,提出了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)模塊與鋼框架復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)體系,并對(duì)采用的構(gòu)件以及節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)實(shí)際受力情況,對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了簡化,并對(duì)簡化方式進(jìn)行了研究。通過對(duì)模塊建筑與傳統(tǒng)鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn),可以將傳統(tǒng)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)方法應(yīng)用到模塊建筑中。采用有限元軟件MIDAS/Gen821建立了分析模型,在各種荷載及工況組合下對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析計(jì)算,并將得到的應(yīng)力、位移等結(jié)果與相應(yīng)的規(guī)范進(jìn)行對(duì)比,計(jì)算結(jié)果表明各個(gè)指標(biāo)均滿足規(guī)范要求。最后對(duì)模型進(jìn)行彈性時(shí)程分析的補(bǔ)充驗(yàn)算。[關(guān)鍵詞]多層鋼結(jié)構(gòu); 模塊; 復(fù)合建筑設(shè)計(jì); 節(jié)點(diǎn)中圖分類號(hào):TU318,TU391 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2016)10-0095-06

Considering the limit size of module unit and the functional demands, the structural system was selected and the steel structure module and steel frame composite structural system were put forward. The designs of adopted steel member and joint were discussed. According to the actual working situation, the joint was simplified and the simplified method was studied. Through the comparison of the module structure and the traditional steel frame structure, it can be found that the design method of traditional steel structure can be applied to the module structure. The finite element analysis software MIDAS/Gen821 was used to establish the analytical model and the structure was analyzed and calculated under various load cases and working condition combinations. The obtained results of stress and displacement were compared with relevant codes and the calculating results show that all indices can meet the requirements of codes. Finally, the supplementary checking for elastic time-history analysis of the model was carried out.Keywords: multi-storey steel structure; module; composite structure design; joint
