格構(gòu)鋼筋的發(fā)展與應(yīng)用

［摘要］主要介紹了格構(gòu)鋼筋在預(yù)制裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中的發(fā)展及應(yīng)用，對(duì)格構(gòu)鋼筋的結(jié)構(gòu)性能、疊合樓板臨時(shí)支撐以及澆筑混凝土后格構(gòu)鋼筋在疊合樓板水平接縫和豎向拼縫處的作用進(jìn)行了分析，并著重介紹了利用格構(gòu)鋼筋開(kāi)發(fā)的新型Bubble板體系在應(yīng)用于大跨度結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí)突出的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)勢(shì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。格構(gòu)鋼筋在國(guó)外的發(fā)展歷程反映了其應(yīng)用的多樣性，基于國(guó)外對(duì)疊合樓板標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化臨時(shí)支撐體系以及水平接縫、豎向拼縫處樓板的性能研究介紹了疊合樓板的設(shè)計(jì)方式和注意要點(diǎn)，供以后的應(yīng)用與研究借鑒和參考。［關(guān)鍵詞］格構(gòu)鋼筋; 裝配式; 疊合樓板; 支撐體系; 拼縫; Bubble板中圖分類號(hào)：TU511.3+2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2016)10-0061-07
Development and application of lattice girderDing Hong, Fan Hua（Shanghai Zibao residential industry Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200041, China）Abstract: The development and application of lattice girder in precast assembly concrete structures was mainly introduced. Structural properties of lattice girder were analyzed as well as the functions of lattice girder in temporary support systems of superimposed floor and in horizontal and vertical seams of superimposed floor after in-situ cast. Prominent structural advantage and economy efficiency of new type of Bubble slab system developed by lattice girder were emphasized when the system is used in large-span structure. The diversity of the application of lattice girder was reflected through the introduction of development process of lattice girder structure overseas. And design method and key points in superimposed floor were listed in accordance with foreign studies of performances of superimposed slab standardized temporary support system and floor properties in horizontal and vertical seams, which can provide reference for future application and research.Keywords: lattice girder; assembly; superimposed slab; support system; seam; Bubble slab
