考慮施工因素影響的大跨度弦支穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)性能研究

(1 河海大學(xué)水利水電學(xué)院,南京 210098; 2 東南大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,南京 210096;3 上??睖y(cè)設(shè)計(jì)研究院,上海 200434)[摘要]為準(zhǔn)確把握多種施工因素對(duì)大跨度弦支穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)靜力性能的影響,以濟(jì)南奧體中心體育館為例,基于有限元數(shù)值分析方法,建立了122m的大跨度弦支穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)模型,計(jì)算分析了預(yù)應(yīng)力拉索施工階段支座的約束狀態(tài)和預(yù)應(yīng)力拉索施工全過程對(duì)大跨度弦支穹頂靜力性能的影響以及上層網(wǎng)殼施工安裝偏差和施工環(huán)境溫度對(duì)其穩(wěn)定性能的影響。分析結(jié)果表明,上述四類施工因素對(duì)該大跨度弦支穹頂結(jié)構(gòu)的靜力性能有不同程度的影響,因此,在大跨度弦支穹頂?shù)慕Y(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與施工過程中,應(yīng)綜合考慮各類施工因素的影響以確保結(jié)構(gòu)在各階段的可靠度。[關(guān)鍵詞]弦支穹頂;約束狀態(tài);施工過程;安裝偏差;環(huán)境溫度Structural performance analysis of long-span suspen-dome considering construction factorsWang Yongquan1, Guo Zhengxing2, Wu Yifeng3, Luo Bin2(1 College of Water Conservancy and Hydropower, Hohai University, Nanjing 210098, China;2 College of Civil Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing 210096, China;3 Shanghai Investigation, Design & Research Institute, Shanghai 200434, China)Abstract:In order to accurately grasp the static performances of long-span suspen-dome under various unfavorable construction factors, the steel roof of Jinan Gymnasium was taken as an example. Based on the finite element method, not only the influence of the boundary condition on long-span suspen-dome during the construction process was analyzed, but also the effect of the whole prestressed construction process was studied. In addition, considering the installation deviation of the upper single layer dome and the environmental temperature during the construction process, the stability analysis was performed. The results indicate that the influence of various construction factors on the structural performances is very obvious.
