新型預(yù)應(yīng)力空心樓蓋抗剪性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]提出一種新型的預(yù)應(yīng)力空心樓蓋,即在新型預(yù)應(yīng)力空心板的兩正交方向配置預(yù)應(yīng)力受拉鋼筋,在預(yù)應(yīng)力空心板兩側(cè)設(shè)置凹槽和伸出預(yù)應(yīng)力受拉鋼筋與邊梁連接,板端澆縫處伸出U形筋與預(yù)應(yīng)力受拉鋼筋連接,且在板端孔內(nèi)設(shè)置堵頭,與后澆縫混凝土形成一體。采取單向低周反復(fù)加載進(jìn)行推出試驗(yàn),主要研究帶拼縫新型預(yù)應(yīng)力空心樓蓋的抗剪性能。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:新型預(yù)應(yīng)力空心樓蓋的U形筋試件整體連接較好,具有較好的延性及較高的抗剪承載能力。對(duì)于凹槽試件,通過對(duì)凹槽尺寸的合理設(shè)計(jì)及適當(dāng)?shù)匿摻钆渲茫軌虮WC試件達(dá)到破壞時(shí)具有較大的抗剪承載能力的目的。因此該新型預(yù)應(yīng)力空心樓蓋的抗剪承載力能夠得到保證,其可在工程中加以應(yīng)用。[關(guān)鍵詞]新型預(yù)應(yīng)力空心樓蓋; U形筋; 凹槽; 抗剪性能中圖分類號(hào):TU375 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2016)10-0043-07

In the new-type prestressed hollow floor, prestressed tensile reinforcement is arranged in two orthogonal directions. Grooves set in both sides of prestressed hollow floor and extended prestressed tension rebar are connected with the side beams. U-shaped rebar extended from floor end joints are connected with prestressed tensile rebar, and plugs are set at floor end holes to integrate with postpouring joint concrete. One-way low-cyclic loading tests were launched mainly to study the shear behavior of new-type prestressed hollow floor with joints. Test results show that: the integral connection of U-shaped specimens of new-type prestressed hollow floor is reasonable with good ductility and high shear capacity. For groove specimen, rational design of groove dimensions and proper rebar arrangement can ensure that the specimen has a large shear capacity when it is damaged. So the shear capacity of new-type prestressed hollow floor can be guaranteed, and it can be applied in engineering.Keywords: new-type prestressed hollow floor; U-shaped rebar; groove; shear behavior
