大開洞線支承式預(yù)制混凝土外掛墻板設(shè)計方法

[摘要]近年來,隨著預(yù)制混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的推廣,預(yù)制混凝土外掛墻板作為一種重要部件,在設(shè)計中經(jīng)常被采用,實際工程中經(jīng)常遇到由于建筑需要而在中部開設(shè)較大洞口的墻板,這種墻板在復(fù)雜受力工況下的設(shè)計,由于相關(guān)規(guī)范明顯滯后而給設(shè)計人員提出了挑戰(zhàn)。針對大開洞線支承式預(yù)制混凝土外掛墻板設(shè)計中的關(guān)鍵問題進行系統(tǒng)研究,提出了荷載選取、分析設(shè)計以及線支承連接的抗震性能設(shè)計的一系列方法,并給出了一個具體工程實例,可為類似工程設(shè)計提供參考。[關(guān)鍵詞]預(yù)制混凝土結(jié)構(gòu); 預(yù)制混凝土外掛墻板; 大開洞; 線支承連接; 抗震性能設(shè)計中圖分類號:TU375 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2016)10-0037-06
Design method for large opening line bearing precast concrete wall panelsLu Jiasen, Wu Jinhu, Zheng Zhenpeng(Shanghai Urban Construction Design & Research Institute, Shanghai 200125, China)Abstract: During the recent years, with the wide application of precast concrete (PC) structure, PC wall panels, as one of the key members, have been usually used in structural design. However, large opening in the middle of precast concrete wall panels due to architectural needs usually occurs in the actual project. Because the current code for this type of PC wall panels is lagging behind, this PC wall panels design under complicated load cases puts forward challenges to designers. The systematic research of the key issues in design for large opening line bearing precast concrete wall panels was carried out, and a series of method, including load selection, analysis and performance-based seismic design of line bearing connection were proposed.
