裝配式剪力墻結構體系在某公租房中的應用

［摘要］裝配式剪力墻結構通過標準化設計、工廠化生產、裝配化施工，能達到高效建造和節(jié)能環(huán)保的目的，符合建筑工業(yè)化的發(fā)展方向。介紹了中建觀湖國際項目中14#公租房的裝配式結構體系設計，提出了裝配式剪力墻結構的設計原則。并通過抗震性能分析發(fā)現(xiàn)本結構底部加強區(qū)為薄弱部位，對此部位提出了具體的加強措施；同時對構件連接構造提出了要求，可為類似裝配式結構設計提供一定的參考作用。［關鍵詞］裝配式剪力墻結構; 結構分析; 預制構件; 連接中圖分類號：TU318 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2016)10-0009-05
Application of prefabricated shear wall structural system in a public rental housingZhang Haidong(Henan Engineering Design Consultants of CSCES Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou 450004, China)Abstract: Through the standardized design, industrialized production and prefabricated construction, prefabricated shear wall structure can achieve the goal of high efficient construction, energy saving and environmental protection, and can accord with the development direction of the construction industrialization. The prefabricated structural system design of the 14# public rental housing in the Zhongjianguanhu International Project was introduced, and the design principles of the prefabricated shear wall structure were put forward. The bottom strengthening district of the structure was regarded as the weak part according to seismic performance analysis. Specific strengthen measures were puts forward for this district, requirements were proposed for the component connection structures, which can provide some references for the structural design of similar prefabricated structures.Keywords: prefabricated shear wall structure; structural analysis; precast component; connection
