雙層疊合板式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)研究與工程應(yīng)用*

[摘要]雙層疊合板式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系與傳統(tǒng)的剪力墻體系相比,具有施工速度快、工業(yè)化水平高、增量成本小等特點(diǎn)。結(jié)合某疊合板式剪力墻住宅樓項(xiàng)目,系統(tǒng)介紹了雙層疊合板式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系的結(jié)構(gòu)布置形式、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)、連接構(gòu)造等內(nèi)容。同時(shí)對(duì)項(xiàng)目本身進(jìn)行了綜合分析,包括建筑設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及深化設(shè)計(jì)等,提出雙層疊合板式剪力墻墻體主要驗(yàn)算剪力墻平面內(nèi)的承載力,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵是墻板豎向連接的插筋設(shè)計(jì)以及水平施工縫的抗剪計(jì)算。分析結(jié)果表明:本工程所采取的計(jì)算和構(gòu)造措施,能達(dá)到使預(yù)制裝配整體式疊合剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震承載力和抗震性能不低于現(xiàn)澆剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的目標(biāo)。預(yù)制構(gòu)件的連接和節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造滿足抗震性能要求。本工程對(duì)推進(jìn)裝配式住宅具有良好的探索與示范作用,設(shè)計(jì)方法和連接構(gòu)造可供工程實(shí)踐參考。[關(guān)鍵詞]住宅工業(yè)化; 雙層疊合板式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系; 深化設(shè)計(jì)中圖分類號(hào):TU318 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2016)10-0001-08
Design technology research and engineering application of double-layer superimposed slab shear wall structuresZhang Hua, Ma Qian(Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design(Group)Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200041, China)Abstract: Compared with normal shear wall system, the double-layer superimposed slab shear wall structural system possesses several advantages, such as speedy construction, the high level of industrialization and low incremental cost. Combined with a residential building project adopting superimposed slab shear wall structure, arrangement of structural system, design principle and connection details of the double-layer superimposed slab shear wall structure were introduced systematically. A comprehensive analysis of the project was taken, including architectural design, structural design and deepening design. It proposed that the main checking content of double-layer superimposed slab shear walls is the in-plane bearing capacity of the shear wall, and the most critical issues in structural design are reinforcement design of vertical wall connection and the shear calculation of horizontal seam. Analysis results show that, the seismic bearing capacity and seismic performance of the prefabricated monolithic superimposed slab shear wall structure are not lower than that of the cast-in-situ shear wall structure, because of the proper calculation and structural measures taken by the project. Prefabricated connections and node structures satisfy the requirements of the seismic performance. This project is a good exploration and example in the promotion of prefabricated building.
