冷彎薄壁C形鋼梁彎曲變形分析

[摘要]對(duì)13根Q235冷彎薄壁型鋼卷邊槽形截面簡(jiǎn)支梁試件的試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了變形性能分析,結(jié)果表明:北美規(guī)范按最大彎矩控制截面計(jì)算有效截面剛度進(jìn)行變形分析偏保守;我國(guó)冷彎薄壁型鋼技術(shù)規(guī)范按毛截面計(jì)算(相當(dāng)于等截面、等剛度梁分析)偏于不安全。因此通過(guò)對(duì)該試驗(yàn)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行參數(shù)分析,提出了一個(gè)變形計(jì)算公式中較合理的折減系數(shù)。

Research on reduction factor in the deformation formula of cold-formed steel beams

Abstract:The deformation behavior of a total of thirteen Q235 cold-formed lipped channel simple beams under bending has been studied. The results indicate that the deformation analysis under effective cross-section rigidity calculated by controlling the greatest moment was conservative  according to the North American Specification, and the deformation calculated by gross section (equivalent to analysis equal a cross-section and stiffness beam) was unsafety according to the Chinese Specification. Based on the parameter analysis,  a more reasonable reduction factor is presented in the deformation formula.
