既有磚混結(jié)構(gòu)墻體抗震補(bǔ)強(qiáng)加固設(shè)計(jì)

［摘要］某磚混住宅由于施工質(zhì)量出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，承重磚墻砂漿強(qiáng)度明顯低于設(shè)計(jì)要求，對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)算得出，實(shí)際砂漿強(qiáng)度能夠滿足豎向承載力，但地震作用下局部墻體抗剪承載力不足。為解決此住宅的抗震問(wèn)題，提出了一種抗震加固的新方法，采用外墻增加鋼筋混凝土板墻和外框架（陽(yáng)臺(tái)）法，將地震作用下樓層所受的力部分轉(zhuǎn)移到新增加的鋼筋混凝土柱和剪力墻上，從而減輕原結(jié)構(gòu)承重墻所受的力，在保證結(jié)構(gòu)安全性的前提下最大限度地避免對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部加固。該方法得到了具體實(shí)施，通過(guò)了專家鑒定，且加固后結(jié)構(gòu)能夠達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求。［關(guān)鍵詞］磚混結(jié)構(gòu); 抗震; 墻體; 砂漿; 加固中圖分類號(hào)：TU241.7，TU362 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2016)09-0095-05
Seismic reinforcement design of wall in available brick concrete structureZhang Xiangdong(China Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd., Beijing 100131, China)Abstract: A brick concrete structure residential has problems in the construction quality that mortar strength of load-bearing brick wall is significantly lower thanthat of the design requirements. It can be concluded from the structure checking that actual mortar strength can meet the vertical bearing capacity, but shear strength of local wall under the earthquake action is insufficient. In order to solve the seismic problem of the residential, a new method for seismic reinforcement was proposed. Reinforced concrete siding walls and the outer frame (balcony) were added to exterior walls to transfer story forces under the earthquake action partly to the newly-added reinforced concrete columns and shear walls, thereby reducing forces on original load-bearing brick walls. The method avoided the internal reinforcement of the structure at the maximum extent on the premise of the safety insurance of the structure. The method was implemented and passed the expert appraisal, and the reinforced structure could meet the design requirements.Keywords: brick concrete structure; seismic design; wall; mortar; reinforcement
