支管拉力作用下鋼管K形節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力計(jì)算方法探討?yīng)?/div>

[摘要]在統(tǒng)計(jì)分析19個(gè)鋼管K形相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)試件失效模式和極限承載力的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)我國(guó)《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB50017—2003)的承載力計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,受壓支管內(nèi)力引起節(jié)點(diǎn)失效時(shí),節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力試驗(yàn)值與計(jì)算值總體上吻合較好;而受拉支管內(nèi)力引起節(jié)點(diǎn)失效時(shí),節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力的計(jì)算值明顯小于試驗(yàn)值。進(jìn)行了2個(gè)支管拉伸破壞的鋼管K形相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn),結(jié)果進(jìn)一步表明我國(guó)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范計(jì)算值偏于保守。提出了對(duì)支管拉力作用下K形節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力乘以增大系數(shù)的建議,建議方法計(jì)算精度明顯提高且仍有足夠的安全性。

Analysis on strength calculation method of circular tubular K\|joint under tension force

Abstract:Based on statistical anlysis of failure modes and ultimate bearing capacities of 19 circular tubular K-joints, the strength calculation method in Code for Design of Steel Structures (GB50017—2003) was discussed. It was shown  that calculation strength agreed well with test results for joint specimens failed by forces of web in compression. However, the calculation results were too smaller than those test ones for joint specimens failed by forces of web in tension. Two tests of K-joints subject to force of web in tension were carried out.It is further proved that the calculation strength by Code GB50017—2003 was too conserved. A method to increase calculation strength of K-joint for failure by forces of web in tension was proposed. The calculation accuracy was improved by the proposed method compared to the original one while the reserved safety was still enough.
