某剪力墻結構在不同抗震性能目標下經(jīng)濟效益分析

［摘要］以廣州市某超限高層建筑剪力墻結構為實際工程背景，通過改變結構抗震性能目標D，C，B，分析對比結構在三種不同抗震性能目標下抗震性能與經(jīng)濟效益（工程量）的變化，結果表明：結構的抗震性能在性能目標D，C，B下分別依次增強，而經(jīng)濟效益在性能目標D，C，B下分別依次降低。由此得出關于超限高層建筑剪力墻結構抗震性能設計的一些意見與建議。［關鍵詞］超限高層建筑; 剪力墻結構; 性能目標; 經(jīng)濟效益分析中圖分類號：TU398 文獻標識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2016)09-0054-04

The results show that the seismic performance objectives successively increase under the performance objectives of D, C and B, and the economic benefit successively reduces. Some comments and suggestions on the seismic performance design of out-of-code high-rise shear wall structure were provided accordingly.Keywords: out-of-code high-rise building; shear wall structure; performance objective; economic benefit analysis
