[摘要]建筑高度為275m的喀什國際免稅廣場采用框架角撐外筒框架支撐內(nèi)筒的全鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系。通過比較混合結(jié)構(gòu)、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)方案得出,高烈度區(qū)的超高層結(jié)構(gòu)采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)方案是科學合理的,強外筒結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計經(jīng)濟性和結(jié)構(gòu)性能均較好,調(diào)整結(jié)構(gòu)布置可以實現(xiàn)內(nèi)外筒地震剪力基本平衡,優(yōu)化加強層構(gòu)件斷面、提高加強層相鄰層豎向構(gòu)件的鋼材材質(zhì)可減小剛度突變的危害。[關(guān)鍵詞]喀什國際免稅廣場; 高烈度區(qū); 超高層建筑; 鋼結(jié)構(gòu); 框架角撐外筒-框架支撐內(nèi)筒; 強外筒中圖分類號:TU973 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2016)09-0007-07
Seismic design of super high-rise structure in high seismic intensity regionZhang Jianjun, Liu Qiongxiang, Wang Qiwen, Wei Guowei, Luo Riwang, Wang Yishan, Zhou Bin, Yang Wanghua(Shenzhen General Institute of Architectural Design and Research Co., Ltd., Shenzhen 518031, China)Abstract: Kashi International Duty-free Plaza building with 275m architectural height adopts a steel structural system of outer tube with corner braced frame-inner tube with braced frame. Based on comparison of hybrid structure scheme and steel structure scheme, it concludes that it is scientific and reasonable to adopt steel structure scheme in high seismic intensity region. Economy and structural properties of strong outer tube structure are well. Adjustment of the structure arrangement can achieve the basic balance of seismic shear forces between inner and outer tubes. The harm of stiffness mutation can be reduced through optimization of component sections in strengthening layer and improvement of the steel material properties of vertical components in layers adjacent to the strengthening layers.Keywords: Kashi International Duty-free Plaza; high seismic intensity region; super high-rise building; steel structure; outer tube with corner braced frame-inner tube with braced frame; strong outer tube
