［摘要］望京搜候中心地處北京8度高烈度地震區(qū)，三座塔樓T1，T2，T3總高分別為119，128，197m，外形呈扁筒橢圓錐體，酷似“魚”形，外形斜率多變，其不規(guī)則、不對稱、豎向遞變的特點(diǎn)給結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)帶來諸多困難。通過ETABS，PERFORM-3D，SAP2000，PKPM系列軟件等多種程序?qū)Y(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行多模型、多工況的細(xì)致分析計(jì)算，針對不同的問題采取不同的對策加以一一解決，主體結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能及各項(xiàng)抗震指標(biāo)均達(dá)到規(guī)范要求，保證了結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性，其具體實(shí)施方法及構(gòu)造加強(qiáng)措施可供類似工程參考。［關(guān)鍵詞］望京搜候中心; 高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì); 抗震性能; 抗震設(shè)計(jì); 變曲率斜柱中圖分類號(hào)：TU318， TU973 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2016)09-0001-06
Structural design of Wangjing SOHO CenterJiang Kunsheng, Zhang Ke, Zhu Yongjun, Fu Xueyi(CCDI GROUP, Beijing 100013, China)Abstract: Wangjing SOHO Center is located in 8 degree high intensity earthquake area in Beijing. It has three towers named T1, T2, T3 with the heights of 119, 128, 197m respectively. The shape of the tower facade is like flat tube elliptical cone, which looks exactly like a fish. Its variable curvature and the characteristics of irregularity, asymmetry, and gradually varied vertical shape lead to many difficulties in structural design. Programs of ETABS, PERFORM-3D, SAP2000 and PKPM were used to conduct analysis and calculation of the structure comprehensively through various structural models and working conditions. Different countermeasures were taken to solve different problems. The seismic performance of the main structure and all seismic performance indices met with code requirements, so the safety and economy were properly guaranteed.
