軟土深基坑開挖對(duì)孤島型古建筑的保護(hù)實(shí)例

［摘要］基于對(duì)軟土深基坑工程中孤島型古建筑的保護(hù)要求，在古建筑周圍采用SMW工法樁+多道圈梁+坑底高壓旋噴樁加固的支護(hù)方式，并采用連系梁將孤島的支護(hù)體系與外圍大基坑支護(hù)體系進(jìn)行連接。采用PLAXIS 有限元計(jì)算程序，對(duì)基坑開挖各施工工況進(jìn)行模擬。并在基坑開挖全過(guò)程中，采用信息化施工，對(duì)古建筑進(jìn)行了全方位的跟蹤監(jiān)測(cè)。有限元分析結(jié)果和監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)表明，該支護(hù)方式有效地控制了孤島型古建筑的變形。該支護(hù)方式值得在今后類似工程中推廣使用。［關(guān)鍵詞］深基坑; 軟土; 古建筑; 有限元分析; SMW工法中圖分類號(hào)：TU753 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2016)08-0095-05
Example for the protection of isolated island type ancient architecture in soft soil deep foundation pit excavationGong Dikuai, Wu Caide, Zeng Jie, Ye Wei(Zhejiang Huazhan Institute of Engineering Research & Design, Ningbo 315012, China)Abstract: Based on the protection requirement of isolated island type ancient architecture in soft soil deep foundation pit excavation, the supporting scheme around the ancient architecture was adopted including soil mixing wall working method piles, multiple lines of ring beams and high pressure jet grouting piles under the pit. Besides, linked beams were set to connect the supporting system of the isolated island type ancient architecture and the peripheral supporting system of the foundation pit. The finite element calculating program of PLAXIS was used to simulate all construction working conditions. In the whole process of foundation pit excavation, information-based construction was adopted to conduct full range tracking and monitoring of the ancient architecture. Finite element analysis results and the monitoring data show that the deformation of isolated island type ancient architecture was controlled effectively by the proposed supporting method, and it is worthy to be popularized in the similar projects.Keywords: deep foundation pit; soft soil; ancient architecture; finite element analysis; soil mixing wall working method
