既有磚混結(jié)構(gòu)在軟土地區(qū)迫降糾傾法分析*

[摘要]在深入分析云南省某磚混住宅建筑傾斜原因的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合加固糾傾實(shí)例,提出采用截樁與開(kāi)挖應(yīng)力釋放溝聯(lián)合應(yīng)用的綜合糾傾法。采用ABAQUS軟件對(duì)分批截樁進(jìn)行了模擬,分析了截樁過(guò)程中的地基應(yīng)力、土體沉降、基礎(chǔ)梁的應(yīng)力、樁體豎向位移以及上部結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力,為后續(xù)糾傾設(shè)計(jì)與施工方案提供了依據(jù)。在實(shí)際施工中采用三種監(jiān)測(cè)方法來(lái)進(jìn)行信息化的施工。實(shí)際監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果表明,隨著各批次截樁的進(jìn)行,建筑物傾斜率回歸到允許值以內(nèi),保證了建筑物在糾傾過(guò)程中的安全。[關(guān)鍵詞]軟土地區(qū); 磚混結(jié)構(gòu); 截樁迫降法; 糾傾加固; ABAQUS軟件; 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)中圖分類號(hào):TU398.5 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2016)08-0088-07
Analysis of forced settlement rectification method of available brick-concrete structures in soft soil areaZhang Xiaonan1, Shi Sanyuan1, Lu Man1,2, Liu Libo1(1 School of Civil Engineering, Hebei University of Engineering, Handan 056038, China; 2 Hebei Zheng Gang Law Firm, Handan 056038, China)Abstract: Based on the in-depth analysis on tilt reason of a brick-concrete structure residential building in Yunnan Province and combined with rectification reinforcement examples, a comprehensive rectification method was proposed using the pile chopping and excavated stress release ditch jointly. Batch chopping pile process was simulated using the ABAQUS software. Parameters in pile chopping process were analyzed including the foundation stress, soil settlement, foundation beam stress, pile body vertical displacement as well as the upper structure stress, which provides the basis for the subsequent rectification design and construction scheme design. In the actual construction, three monitoring methods were adopted to conduct informational construction. The actual monitoring results show that, with conduction of each batch of pile chopping, the building inclination rate returns within allowable value, which guarantees building safety in the process of rectification.Keywords: soft soil area; brick-concrete structure; forced settlement method with pile chopped; rectification reinforcement; ABAQUS software; filed monitoring
