增設(shè)耳托板和側(cè)孔注漿對靜壓鋼管樁承載能力的影響

[摘要]在靜壓鋼管樁施工過程中經(jīng)常遇到樁長過大但單樁壓力卻無法滿足設(shè)計要求的情況,針對此情況提出了在鋼管樁制作時每隔一定距離在樁兩側(cè)增設(shè)耳托板,同時在耳托板上部的管壁上打孔的解決方案。結(jié)合某一實際工程的地基加固,進(jìn)行了常規(guī)試樁、增設(shè)耳托板試樁、增設(shè)耳托板加側(cè)孔注漿及底部敞口無耳托板加側(cè)孔四類試樁的現(xiàn)場試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明,采取在鋼管樁上增設(shè)耳托板加側(cè)孔,壓樁后在向管內(nèi)注入細(xì)石混凝土?xí)r將有部分漿液通過側(cè)孔流出,凝固于管壁周圍,起到了增加側(cè)阻力和穩(wěn)定樁身的作用。該工程實踐證明,采用增設(shè)耳托板與側(cè)孔注漿兩種措施聯(lián)合使用可有效地增加靜壓鋼管樁的承載能力,并可降低工程造價。[關(guān)鍵詞]小型鋼管樁; 單樁承載力; 耳托板; 側(cè)孔注漿; 靜壓試樁中圖分類號:TU473.1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2016)08-0070-06

Based on this fact, it proposes the solving scheme that adding ear bracket plates on both sides of the pile at every certain distance in the production of steel-pipe pile, and punching holes on the pipe wall of the upper part of the ear bracket plates. Based on the foundation reinforcement of a actual project, four kinds of pile field tests were conducted including conventional test pile, conventional test pile with ear bracket plates, conventional test pile with adding ear bracket plates and side hole grouting and conventional test pile with open bottom and side hole grouting. Experimental results show that when adopting additionally ear bracket plates and side holes in steel-pipe pile, there will be part of the slurry flowing through the side holes after pressuring pile and injection of fine stone concrete into the inside of the pipe. And the slurry is solidified around the wall of the pipe to increase the pipe side resistance and stabilize pile body. The engineering practice proves that the two measures combined use of adding ear bracket plates and side hole grouting can effectively increase the bearing capacity of the static pressure steel-pipe pile, and can reduce the cost of the project.Keywords:small steel-pipe pile; single pile bearing capacity; ear bracket plate; side hole grouting; static pressure test pile
