[摘要]對于高層建筑鋼筋混凝土筏板基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì),通常將彈性地基梁法的計(jì)算結(jié)果與簡化的倒樓蓋法計(jì)算結(jié)果相比較,采用綜合取值的設(shè)計(jì)方法,其核心就是如何提高地基變形計(jì)算的精確性。通過對上部結(jié)構(gòu)筏板基礎(chǔ)與地基的共同作用概念及機(jī)理的論述和探討,并在已有實(shí)測結(jié)果統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,分別對高層建筑CFG樁復(fù)合地基和筏板基礎(chǔ)的受力和變形原理進(jìn)行分析,提出CFG樁復(fù)合地基與筏板基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),按現(xiàn)有CFG樁復(fù)合地基變形計(jì)算理論并考慮上部結(jié)構(gòu)-筏板基礎(chǔ)-地基共同作用和土層厚度分布影響的CFG樁復(fù)合地基變形計(jì)算的改進(jìn)方法。采用該改進(jìn)方法對某實(shí)際工程的CFG樁復(fù)合地基變形進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,其計(jì)算結(jié)果與該工程沉降觀測值大小及其分布規(guī)律基本一致。[關(guān)鍵詞]CFG樁復(fù)合地基; 鋼筋混凝土筏板基礎(chǔ); 共同作用; 變形計(jì)算; 改進(jìn)方法中圖分類號:TU473 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2016)08-0053-08
Design of CFG pile composite foundation with reinforced concrete raft foundationDang Yujing(Central Research Institute of Building and Construction MCC, Beijing 100088, China)Abstract: In reinforced concrete raft foundation design of high-rise buildings, the calculation results of elastic foundation beam method are usually compared with that of the simplified down floor calculation method. Raft foundation design method with comprehensive value is adopted with the core of improving the calculation accuracy of the foundation deformation. The concept and mechanism of interaction of superstructure, raft foundation and foundation were discussed, and principles of mechanism and deformation of CFG pile composite foundation and raft foundation of high-rise buildings were analyzed respectively based on the statistical analyses of existing experimental results. It was proposed that in CFG pile composite foundation and raft foundation design, improved method of deformation calculation of CFG pile composite foundation should consider deformation concept of CFG pile composite foundation and influences of interaction between superstructure, raft foundation and foundation as well as soil layer distribution. The improved method was adopted in calculation of CFG pile composite foundation deformation in a practical engineering and calculation results are basically consistent with observed settlement value and distribution law.Keywords: CFG pile composite foundation; reinforced concrete raft foundation; interaction; deformation calculation; improved method
