新型鋼棒阻尼器隔震橡膠支座抗震性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]提出一種新型U型鋼棒阻尼器,該阻尼器通過(guò)冷彎加工成型,通過(guò)高強(qiáng)螺栓安裝在普通無(wú)鉛芯橡膠隔震支座上發(fā)揮消能減震作用。首先通過(guò)一系列試驗(yàn)對(duì)U型鋼棒阻尼器的耗能能力、延性、剛度和疲勞性能進(jìn)行了研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)其具有良好的抗震性能。然后對(duì)由U型鋼棒阻尼器和普通無(wú)鉛芯橡膠隔震支座組合而成的新型橡膠隔震支座進(jìn)行了剪切試驗(yàn)研究。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該新型隔震支座的等效水平剛度、屈服后剛度和屈服力等各項(xiàng)受力性能都比鉛芯橡膠支座有了很大的提高。與鉛芯橡膠支座比較,該新型隔震支座具有更好的耗能性能,可以廣泛應(yīng)用于隔震和減震工程中。

Experimental study on the seismic performance of a new type of isolation rubber bearing with U-shaped steel bar damper

Abstract: A new type of U-shaped steel bar damper was proposed. The damper was formed by cold bending process and was installed on normal non-lead isolation rubber bearing by high strength bolts to dissipate energy. Firstly, a series of experiments were made to study the capability of energy dissipation, ductility, rigidity and fatigue performance of the U-shaped steel bar damper, and it showed excellent seismic performance. Then the new type of rubber isolation bearing composed of normal non-lead isolation rubber bearing and U-shaped steel bar damper was tested by shear test. Results show that all the mechanical performances (including equivalent horizontal stiffness, stiffness after yielding and yielding force) of this new type of isolation bearing are better than the lead rubber bearing. Compared with lead rubber bearing, the new isolation bearing has excellent capability of energy dissipation and can be widely used in isolation projects and energy dissipated projects.
