［摘要］中和鎮(zhèn)府河地塊·嘉年華二期商業(yè)項(xiàng)目中的超高層辦公塔樓，為高位轉(zhuǎn)換超限結(jié)構(gòu)，房屋高度為115.950m，屬B級(jí)高度。介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)體系、結(jié)構(gòu)性能分析等內(nèi)容?；诳拐鹦阅茉O(shè)計(jì)方法，采用YJK和ETABS軟件對(duì)此結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了多遇地震作用下的彈性分析，采用YJK軟件進(jìn)行了設(shè)防烈度地震作用下關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的性能分析，采用STRAT軟件進(jìn)行了罕遇地震作用下的彈塑性時(shí)程分析。分析結(jié)果表明，結(jié)構(gòu)可滿足預(yù)定的抗震性能目標(biāo)。［關(guān)鍵詞］超限高層; 高位轉(zhuǎn)換; 抗震性能設(shè)計(jì); 彈塑性分析中圖分類號(hào)：TU973.3 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2016)08-0023-05
Structural design and analysis on a high-level transferred out-of-codes high-rise office buildingWang Peng, Xu Ping, Hu Zhenjie(Chendu JZFZ Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Chengdu 610011, China)Abstract: The super high-rise office tower building of second phase of Carnival Commercial Project of Fuhe Plot in Zhonghe Town is a high-level transferred out-of-codes structure with the height of 115.950m, and it belongs to B-level height building. The structural system and structural performance analysis were introduced. Based on the performance-based seismic design method, YJK and ETABS programs were used to carry out elastic analysis under frequent earthquake. YJK program was used to conduct the performance analysis of key members under fortification earthquake. STRAT program was used to carry out elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake.
