大連天安金馬中心項(xiàng)目超高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]大連天安金馬中心項(xiàng)目地上44層,地下3層,采用全落地剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。從結(jié)構(gòu)體系、前期分析、計(jì)算分析等方面詳細(xì)介紹了超高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)和實(shí)施過(guò)程,通過(guò)擬定合理的性能目標(biāo),采用了多種計(jì)算分析軟件分別進(jìn)行了小震反應(yīng)譜分析、小震彈性時(shí)程分析、中震不屈服驗(yàn)算、中震彈性驗(yàn)算、大震作用下的靜力彈塑性分析和動(dòng)力彈塑性分析。研究結(jié)果表明,采用多種軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,并采用相應(yīng)的構(gòu)造加強(qiáng)措施,可以達(dá)到預(yù)期的性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design of super high-rise building of Dalian Tian'an Golden Horse Center

Abstract: Dalian Tian'an Golden Horse Center has 44 floors upground and 3 floors underground, and shear wall structure all linked with the ground is adoped. Accordance of super high-rise building and structural design process were introduced in detail by ways of structural system analysis, preliminary analysis and calculation analysis. By proposing reasonable performance objectives, various calculation and analysis programs were used to carry out overall structure analysis including response spectrum analysis under the frequent earthquake, elastic time-history analysis under the frequent earthquake, non-yielding checking calculation under the moderate earthquake, elastic checking calculation under the moderate earthquake, static elastic-plastic analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake. The results indicate that the structure can achieve the expected performance objectives by using different kinds of calculation and analysis programs as well as proper structural strengthening measures.
